Massachusetts Makes the CFPB Big Time!
The CFPB released its monthly complaint report here. with a spotlight on Massachusetts! We complained about mortgages, credit cards and bank services more than the rest of the country, but less about debt collection and credit reporting. Is this because we are bigger complainers or because we have more to complain about? The overall trend is that Massachusetts is more complaints, which may be because we have more to complain about or that we are just complaining more. We complained most about Bank of America. Is this because we have more BOA accounts or because BOA is worse than other banks?
